I am a undergraduate student at Rochester Institute of Technology, concentrating on Environmental Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship. With a heavy course load and many extracurricular activities, I haven’t been able to look at the course material closely. I did sign up for your program without a doubt even though I knew I am not particularly interested in e-commerce (at least not yet). I flipped through a few posts on the Facebook group and have a few thoughts.
Maybe you can give us a little prompt for us to introduce ourselves. I wonder if you can divide us into smaller groups with people of similar interests but still keep some diversity? From my experience, it is extremely important for people to build bonds and have a supportive community. I would like to propose local offline meetings. I had the privilege to go through some management and business efficiency training last year, and I found their community and structure really impressive.
I would love to talk to you if possible about my story and what is it that I have been working on. As you mentioned before, mentorship is crucial. I would like to know how to have you mentor me. Please let me know. Thank you!

Q6: 請問1，澳洲eBay的郵費有了解嗎？小件物品如果按正規的包裹寄最便宜也要$8多澳幣，但很多賣家賣的價錢比郵費更便宜，比如像$4包郵。

Q7: 
1: Is it a huge concern that any product that comes from China may be exposed to virus ? I heard any product/thing that was touched by coronavirus patient is contagious. 2: When you create a listing from an existing product that is selling on amazon by somebody else, you did not input any UPC code. Does that mean you automatically use someone else's UPC code, images and description? 3: I tried to create a listing from an existing found product on amazon and it does not allow me to sell, it has limitations. Does that mean I cannot sell that product in whatever conditions. 4: I spent the whole day to submit a listing from scratch and It just would not let me. When I add a product, it keeps showing red /error on " Vital info" Fix 1 errors before submitting your listing
Go to the steps highlighted in red to view and fix the errors. Then when I click it, I do not see any red or error. But I just cannot submit the listing. Any suggestion on listing a product? When I just add a listing from the existing product from other seller, I could just submit it just like that. Looks like I am always using someone else' s photos, description and UPC codes and etc. I don't if it's legal or not.

Q17: 你好，之前有提過，我是Amazon seller, 因為貨品寄出，可是賣方卻說沒收到，郵局的Tracking show is delivered, 賣家寫 A-z 去Amazon 申訴，Amazon 又再一次判我要退錢給客人，我已經寫信去給Amazon 說明情況，但是他們還是要我退錢給客人還記我的缺點，因為這已經是第三次有這種情況，每次Amazon都站在買方，那我們寄出的貨品不但沒辦法收回還要退錢給客人又要記缺點，這樣對我們賣家太不公平，難道沒有方法可以解決嗎？我們只能認賠嗎？

Hi Ellen , I was looking for niche product by entering keywords “rug” or “area rug “ on amazon search under “All Department”, the result came out only 7pages (all relative products). But when I click on the amazon category, “Home Kitchen>Home Decor>Rug>Area rug “ it shows more than 400 pages and with tons of relative products.
1. Any idea why this happen ?
2. In this case, the result inside amazon catalog, rug is completely in the Red Sea?Am I right?
3. How do we select vender in order avoiding product with bad quality? What is more important for the following to choose a vendor? Product certification? Customer response rate? Transaction level? number of employees? Or all the above?

Q25: Hi Ellen, 我在eBay開店申請了Basic一般店鋪，上架5項商品被告知本月的上架額度已到達，無法再新架新商品，請問這個機制是如何運作的呢?Basic一般店鋪不是可以上架250個商品嗎?那現在只限制我5個商品，費用不就白繳了嗎?另外，若是要增加上架數量是否就要在美國成立公司才可以呢?
