1) 你目前還是很少用亞馬遜站內廣告嗎? 主要還是自然流量?
2) 那如果有用廣告的話,在策略上有甚麼建議嗎?? 例如一開始都是先用自動廣告抓關鍵詞,那接下來會用廣泛匹配或精準匹配再做一次關鍵詞的篩選嗎??

1.找到對手中對最低價 那我照做了 所以我的訂價 是以對手中最低價的價錢 去訂比他更低的價錢
例如: 對手一件商品賣10元 但是我一件商品賣9元
對我而言 這邊的問題是 如果我只賣一件9元的商品出去 我是會虧錢的 我必須賣出5件9元的商品 我才會賺回我的成本 這樣的方法 也可行嗎?或是你有甚麼建議?原因是蝦皮 對手定價都低到不行 所以才想到這樣的方式賣
2.我已上到蝦皮 那要上到其他的平台 還要用CH1的方式來篩選嗎?比如說 要賣的商品 有沒有在搜尋頁面的前1.5頁等等
3.像隱私權政策、免責聲明、退款條件等等的文字檔 可以提供嗎 或是哪裡有可參考的?官網、粉絲專頁 我記得需要有

1.當選好商品進貨的同時,是否事先就要先準備好倉儲管理的軟體,來方便將商品分類並方便出貨?
2.老師能推薦好用、CP值高的倉儲管理軟體嗎?
3.如果挑選的商品的品項多種,但每款商品的數量沒到那麼大量,整體重量也不是很重,而且沒有商品出貨時間上的急迫性,請問老師在這種情況下如果想節省運輸費用,到底是要選擇空運還是選擇海運?

Dear Ellen it has been months since I joined your program and everything seemed going well and achieved certain level of results. However recently I had been warned on Shopee Taiwan by Bereau of Standards that there is this Taiwan Only certification called BSMI required as a must applying majorly to electronics. I contacted the Ministry of Economic Affairs and their reply was by case I was reported by peers and they did not only send the government email but also calling the government daily to push to remove 80% of my listing. The thing is this certification called BSMI covers huge field of different products but only small percentage of sellers actually followed the rule and put on their online store. To be more more specific not only it required huge application fees but also lab testing fees and most important of all IF to be executed 100% I believe almost 80% of online Taiwan sellers do not have their matching certificate. To sellers with small sales government does not pay attention but its totally the opposite when reaching certain sales. My question is in your Amazon Empire do you need to have and pay to acquire certain certificates in order to sell in the states or in other countries?

最近試著新增第一筆Amazon的 product list,雖然版面和課堂上的不一樣,但有一樣的關鍵字還是可以大概填完,唯一的問題是填完後沒有要填SKU碼的欄位,填完後當我想修改內容時出現"This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification"的字樣,但不知從何去更改及修正,請問Ellen會知道去哪裡修改嗎? 謝謝妳

My hubby is running furniture wholesale business . I was looking for niche products on alibaba, it came to my mind how about selling his furniture online. But all furniture are quite big, my concerns are
1. The products are match less than 20 sellers rules on amazon . However amazon itself is selling the same product too. In this case, do I still have the market to sell it ?
2. It’s better to ship the product directly from our own warehouse rather than ship from Prime to save cost right ?
3. There are several online company like Wayfair or Overstock already taking quite big market. In this case , if I built my own webstore, will be any better suggestions that I’ve better chance to sell compare to those big online companies?
4. Can big product like furniture do a global sale ?
