Q7: How to ship globally from Malaysia? Context : I want sell on all global platforms like ebay but have no idea how to streamline the shipping from Malaysia to other countries, because not all platforms have FBA like Amazon

Q1. How do you normally test product market fit?
Q2. With regards to Facebook ads, you mentioned to increase or decrease the budget by duplicating the ad, and don’t change the budget amount directly on the original ad.
Could you please elaborate on how this would mess up the Facebook calculation algorithm? Do we then delete the original ad as soon as the duplicated ad is activated?

Q11: Ellen, can you explain what cold traffic and hot traffic is?

Q12: Ellen, will you recommend putting same long tail keywords into “broad”, “phrase” and “exact” campaigns? Or will you recommend different keywords types to different matches (I.e. loose and short keywords to broad match and long tail keywords to phrase and exact)? I’m just concerned that the loose and short keywords put in the broad match will increase high ACOS and not effective.
