Publishing has moved to online platforms, but almost all are not thriving - I am experimenting with eCommerce techniques as additional streams of income, Thank you. Q1. In the course you mentioned that there is no need to have logo or packaging at the beginning stage. So do beginners just sell the products exactly how they are provided by the suppliers, nothing added? When is a good time to start doing your own branding? What indicators do you look out for?
Q2. Does the 20 sellers rule apply to each and every item listed on the first 3 pages? If one item has more than 20 sellers, everything fails the test?
Q3. When comparing the prices on Amazon and Alibaba, if the lowest Alibaba prices for some products are > 50% of the lowest selling prices on amazon, whereas some other products pass this test, will this whole niche category still be good?
Q4. Adding a coupon to the package in order to bring customers to your own webstore. What if this is a FBA product, how does this work?

I launched a product on Amazon.CA a few months ago. It was selling well until a customer left a three-star review(the only rating this item has).The customer was not happy because the item was damaged with packaging. I emailed the buyer and offered to replace the item, but didn't get any response. I then contacted Amazon several times to request review removal or other help, but they did' t do anything either. It's an FBA item. Shouldn't Amazon be responsible for package damage? I am thinking of having someone writing better review to raise the rating, but I live in US and don't know anyone in Canada. Any suggestion for my situation?

Q16: 如果Listing已經Organic Ranking的話，我需要繼續對Organic Keywords下關鍵字廣告嗎？還是對page 4以後對關鍵字下廣告就好？另外，下關鍵字時亞馬遜會建議PPC的bidding price, 如果有的關鍵字輸入後他沒有給suggested bid price，這是什麼意思？
