Q1: I have 4 SKUs (10 units each) that have been posted for awhile and made no sales. I am trying PPC What is the best course of action now. I am not planning on giving up. Please advise the next step? Keep search more SKUs and try?

Q2: 1.建議在台灣的商務中心設立公司嗎?
2.有聽到說產品小利潤低的銷售方式會被運費,AMAZON手續費這些雜項跟一些營業稅的問題影響,請問這是迷思嗎?
還是說這是沒選到利基產品才會有的問題?

Q3: Ellen if I'm not mistaken, you started ecommerce alone(solo-entrepreneur)...
May I know how long were you doing it solo and what result you have achieved financially?
When did you start hiring people?
The reason why I'm asking is that I'm doing everything myself product research, sourcing, negotiating, creating listing, marketing etc you get the idea.
I am just started to feel like is it even possible to achieve figures annual profit(not revenue) doing everything myself. 
Need a bit of advice and insight from you here.

Q6: 1.我是新手,請問如果申請亞馬遜銷售帳戶沒成功,可以去哪裡銷售產品
2.因為之前有在亞馬遜開過幾個帳戶,後來都被停掉了,最後一個帳戶被停掉,帳戶裡面的錢也退不下來,亞馬遜也不退還帳戶裡面的錢,去年重新開了新的帳戶,申請跟賣化妝品,但是發現現在很多牌子的化妝品都不能跟賣了,所以銷售成績一直都不理想,請問要如何做才能目前亞馬遜帳戶有生意做

請問台灣Yahoo,蝦皮的商城沒有顯示供應商怎麼得到台灣進貨商的商品目錄和價格列表呢?

Q8: 
1) 我目前有用中国的注册公司在 LAZADA 东南亚平台上注册了。 可是我的货物在马来西亚, 如果是这样我应该如何处理?
2) 另外,AMAZON 之前我的钱拿不回,他们要我提供所有的supplier document support , 我是给了马来西亚这边的supplier document support ,可是还是不被接受,我想请问您,是不是因为我选择在AMAZON 美国市场,所以需要美国那边的support?如果我现在开英国的市场是不是也要英国那边的supplier support? 因为我有卖其他名牌的乐器,是不是意味,马来西亚这里的 supplier support letter 是无法用在其他国家?另外我们自己的品牌在申请审核中,着类LETTER 是否无效?
3) 请问您在LAZADA 东南亚的平台卖产品是否也需要提供supplier document 给LAZADA 平台?
4) 我的AMAZON US 平台被suspend ,如果我不在US这平台卖,可以选择其他国家的?是否也需要先提供SUPPLIER support document 给他们呢?

Q9: 
(1) In your MDGF course, you mentioned that manual PPC campaign is more effective. However, in your last week’s coaching call you told us to go for automatic campaign. Can you advise asa beginner if we should start with automatic or manual? 
(2) I know some misspelling words might get a lot of search volume. Does it make sense to have the misspelling words in my targeted PPC? Or should I just have those for backend keywords?
(3) For FBA shipment, who should input the package weight and package dimension for the item? If Amazon’s shipping my PL products to the customers, will they measure the product’s package weight and dimension and provide the correct shipping rate? Or should I insert those values by myself?

請教一下Amazon shipping setting 問題:
目前開通了日本站點 , 正準備上貨, 卻遇到shipping setting 問題. 具體情況如下:
貨是從香港/大陸發到日本當地, 在shipping setting 中有兩個項目:
1. Domestic Shipping
2. International Shipping
如果是用1. Domestic Shipping, 我的理解會是本土寄本土, 所以並不能用, 因為貨跟本不是在日本內寄出, 而是從香港/大陸寄到日本的.
所以只能用2. International Shipping? 我的理解正確嗎? 究竟應該用那一個?
如果真的只能用2. International Shipping, 應該如何刪除1. Domestic Shipping, 免得買家誤選.
另一問題是收費, Amazon 提供兩個選項:
1. Per item/weight-based
2. Price Banded
用1. Per item/weight-based, 我的貨品最重都不足1kg, 應如何設定?
Amazon 可以像ebay 那樣set 一個fixed shipping cost嗎?

Q12: Thanks again for the decent reply about mind set from last week. I too have very strong belief about laws of attraction and answers of e-commerce are showing along the way from your amazing million dollar golden formula. My life has dramatic change not only I am more optimistic and also always seeking new oppourtunity whether on business or self change. For instance applying for new seminars or attending other mentors session and gym/swimming. My question for this week is I found my old friends are starting to be distanted as I am making new ones, did this happen to you as well? It will be more than grateful if can kindly elaborate.

1.請問用美國FBA賣出產品後,收到amz的Fulfillment Order email有還需要做什麼事嗎?還是就只是通知,我們只要去後台看Order Status是Payment complete? 2.在信中有寫到下面這段話是正常的嗎?還是我有什麼沒設定到?(As stated on our Web site, there is no weekend service for our Second or Next Day delivery options. Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning.) 3.在Buyer-Seller Messages我們需要特別設定什麼或寫信給買家嗎? 4.如果買家不滿意產品,我們是不可以在Buyer-Seller Messages 寫信提高任何promtion code是嗎?有任何方式安撫買家嗎?5.請問為什麼在Manage Orders有個訂單沒有出現Buyer name?但其他的都有呢? 6.請問如果用美國FBA,在後台開起FBA Export之後就可以做到全球配送,但我們需要去設定什麼關稅或是運費嗎? 都是買家自付嗎? 7.請問如果用coupon ,亞馬遜都會收取 0.6 美金的費用。假設你設定 5% off 的折扣,每次折扣是 4 美金。 總共要發 50個 coupons! 折扣總金額:4美金*50個 = 200 美金 亞馬遜費用:0.6美金*50個 = 30 美金
所以總預算(Budget)就要填:200+30 = 230 美金 
那最後利潤是扣掉(原來的成本)再扣掉(Coupon的Budget)? 謝謝!

Q16: Hello Ellen, more question from me. I have run 2 PPC campaigns. One automatic and one manual. 
(1) is there a way to find out what keywords convert better from my automatic campaigns? I’m not brand registered. I tried to look for those keywords from advertising but there was no way to find conversion data.
(2) ACOS is 50%. What’s your suggestion to lower that number? 
(3) How do you find long tail keywords?

Q18: 如何才能看到 amozon有几卖家,我刚学到20seller rule可我在amazon没看到 offer的呈现。
