Q1: 我最近上網看到一個search for product idea 的網站，叫 Viral Launch Product Discovery,網址是https://viral-launch.com/product-discovery.html。我看完簡介覺得蠻吸引的，但是月費蠻貴，請問您有用過嗎？您會建議我們用嗎？謝謝。

Q2: 我有在ebay買upc code，但是他們email發給我的是EAN，然後說UPC和EAN是可互換的，都可以被接受的. 但你的課程說UPC是北美通用，EAN是歐洲通用，所以我想問你一下我買的這個code是否可以用在美國AMAZON上用，如果可以的話，在產品上架的話選擇UPC還是EAN？

Q3: 我想問一下初期做測試商品時，是不是很難賺到錢，頂多打平測試銷售水溫？這是正常的狀況嗎？我有試著殺價，但小量真的很難殺價成功。

Q4: I have uploaded my products on eBay. Also waiting for my credit check from amazon. It has been 2 weeks now... I find that I have successfully made lots of people to view the page.. I also have successfully got more foot traffic from instagram. Do I just wait for some one to make first purchase? Or should I start now and try to make my own website .

Q5: 如果在產品加放售後卡，推廣一下自己的網站和邀請用家給好評，這會否有違規，還有是有沒有什麼要注意以避免踏地雷。很怕帳被鎖，Amazon 好像不太鼓勵我們主動邀請用家給review。謝謝！

Q6: have you ever used review companies? I want to build up reviews for my products. Besides feedback genie, any other that you also recommend?

Q7: I have recently discovered on Alibaba that there are manufactures selling products which are not only similar but almost identical to a world famous brand in UK. I have contacted them and they claimed the products are the same but without the brand logo. In addition they can provide services to put on my desired logo. My question is will it have any patent issue with the UK company since the whole product is unlike any other products which are produced in China originally and allow us to be used as our own brand. It is more like using reverse engineering to recreate from its unique original design. I am thinking in order to do this, I will have to work with their design team and make major or minor adjustment in order to avoid copyright issue. Could you kindly advise on how you think against this matter.

Q8: 如果中國供應商要海運或空運進美國,
1) 請問我在Amazon FBA 的shipping plan 裡頭的 "ship-from" address要放啥麼address? 在這個ship plan create 的階段如果我不放任何"ship-from" address , 下一階段我也不會知道 "ship-to" address(Amazon FBA warehouse). 我不確定是否要讓供應商提供freight forwarder的warehouse 住址, 但是他們也許會要知道ship-to location first....這樣變成dead-lock loop...
2)由於是第ㄧ次import貨品, 我打算讓供應商用他們的freight forwarder進貨, 請問哪裡找可信用的 freight forwarder?有沒有什麼認證或者reliable 的網站可以找到有信用的freight forwarder?
