Q9: ello Ellen, you mentioned in the course that we could ask friends or family to buy our products and leave reviews. However, I also heard that amazon did not like that and has a way to find out those reviews and remove them. Do you still encourage us to ask our friends and family to leave reviews? What do you think about amazon’s “early reviewer program”? Have you tried it? Does it make sense to have this service?
Q10: I also want to ask about eBay’s keyword campaign. Is there any keyword campaign on eBay?

Q12: 老师我在去年的时候申请了一个网站,我没有使用过,我在一个美国人那边做了一年的亚马逊包装,在去年圣诞节的时候他说让我把账号借给他用,因为我自己是一直因为税务问题通不过,他把资料填写后就通过了,他用了两三个月以后我就不在他那边工作了,现在我想自己用原来的帐号可以吗?后来我问了一个朋友怕原来的帐号有麻烦,因为他的后台还有些产品。我用女儿的资料申请了新的帐号,也是税务问题一直通不过。我发现原来的帐号已经停用了。老师请告诉我我现在怎么办?

如果先从seller for eBay personal account 卖产品需要注意些什么呢?使用Paypal 和 Hyperwallet 做eBay有什么不同吗?请问能不能卖gift card 和 google play card呢?
我以前曾经在美国的Shutterstock website卖过自己的illustration vector作品linked to Paypal的户口,我的vector design作品卖了直接在我的payment summary会自动扣税,7年后因为美国tax的方面资料有问题causing我的旧Paypal暂时不能再用,最近I discovered that seemed to be frozen or missing funds for some reasons, 我刚开了personal seller account on eBay,从新registered了另外一个新的Paypal也遇到links to bank account问题,除了Paypal,是不是在Australia 用hyperwallet 也一样可以做amazon/eBay/Shopify/Walmart/yahoo/Shopee呢?
请问如果amazon经营到一段日子后能不能改新的注册公司名字呢?Thanks 🙂
Q14: I have a pending order from a buyer. This is an MFN order. I looked on amazon and it said that it could be the buyer’s payment issue. What can I do to resolve it? It has been shown pending for 3 days...My inventory is short for 1 because of that pending order. I cannot ship it. Is there any way to inform the buyer of such issue?
Q15: have finished browsing all the video chapters and started looking for own Niche products. My location and focus is in Taiwan market first. Have narrowed down into a category or two and followed the same instruction from 1-6, 1-7, 1-11 but vendors on Alibaba often carry only limited selection on their products. They do not carry the whole product line IDEALLY. As for beginner, do you suggest to place orders from multiple vendors?
