你有什麼建議嗎?
然後在香港做的話是應該先在amazon開戶,再去Ebay開
然後在alibaba 搵vendor談價
再用amazon FBA 這樣去做嗎?

Q2:  Hello Ellen,
How to you do quality control if you have your vendor ship directly to amazon? Do you preferred to ship products your self to amazon or have vendor send them? Do you have any suggestions about what products should go through you ( meaning you do the quality control) or what products go directly from vendor to amazon?

Q3: Hi Ellen, is any possibility that I can have "Today" post my products on their blog?? May I just simply send the email ? is that appropriate?? How do you get on the newsite or the TV show?? Do they come to you or you reach them first??

Q4:  Hi Ellen,想問你如果我做drop shipping在Alie Express上下單的話,大約都在20左右才會寄到,如何在ebay上設置這個expected delivery的日期可以match Alie express上给出的expect delievery的日期因為現在ebay裡shipping 的時間最多給6天. 我要如何set up ebay的account可以不用顯示“shipping in US”

Q5: 
1.第一次進貨就一定要進到20種相關的周邊產品嗎?產品要先進貨存放還是等有買家下訂再進貨就好?
2.我在台灣賣,我找的物流公司有需要分地區嗎?(比如在高雄就找高雄的物流 在台北就找台北的物流?)

Q9:  Hi Ellen, 由2月起,在Amazon大概已賣出100件貨品, 但一直未有收到買家的rating, 所以在店名旁還是顯示"Just Launched", 有什麼方法可增加rating? 因在ebay system我們可直接聯絡買家, 但在amazon找不到方法. thanks

Q10: 另外亦設立了北美帳戶, 當開立時可自動將amazon us的貨品copy到北美站 (但也只是copy了部份貨品), 想請問將來再有新貨放上美國站, 它也會自動轉到北美站嗎? 還是要在每個站自行上架? Thanks

Q14: Hey Ellen, I am going to sell a generic product of a private label product on amazon. I check the listing status and it says "you are not authorized to sell under this brand." The product is identical to that branded product. My question is If I create my own listing, have different UPC code and ASIN code, would that be ok to sell? That brand seller seems to source his/her product from alibaba as well. Thanks

Q15: 記得之前說過沒有賣不出去的產品,只是賣的快或慢,所以想請問Ellen判斷這是不好的利基產品的標準是什麼?什麼樣的情況會決定換賣別的產品類別?或是覺得沒有不好的商品,只要不斷調整方法最後一定會成功嗎?謝謝

Q16: Ellen妳在課程3-10有提到如果想要銷售美容食物食材健康食品都需要在Amazon Ungated申請批准,那麼Hair Products也需要申請嗎?這個批准書只能在北美Amazon販售,還是全球Amazon都適用,賣任何品牌都須申請嗎?

Q17: Ok I figured out why. It is gated and I need to submit CPC report...Ellen is there any way we can know whether or not the product needs any kind of 3rd party test report before creating a listing? I feel I’m gambling on a product not knowing if I can sell it on amazon marketplace.

Q18:  我上架Lazada 幾個月後 有個阿里巴巴的日本商家邀請我賣他的產品 因為他們想發展southeast Asia 的Lazada 所以要找合作夥伴。 我Google了一下他的公司 找到他們家在阿里巴巴的資料 (四年)但公司在1977已成立了。他們家的官網也只有很少產品。想請問一下老師 有什麼方法可以去評估這個商家是真的還是假的呢?如果是真的 老師建議與他們合作嗎?他們的主打是護膚產品 其他的是食品。謝謝老師

Q19:  我的供应商在准备寄FBA。他们没有填过报关单。我也没经验。请问在哪里能找到相关信息?另外,Amazon指定的FBA物流都是空运吗?和淘宝上的空运物流相比,哪个更便宜?谢谢!

請問一下Ellen,亞馬遜的變體要怎麼設定呢?我有一個產品目前想要增加另一種顏色,上網查了一下,假設我原本的產品是A,我想要新增的顏色產品是B,那我是要再創建一個C當父產品,然後把A跟B掛在C下面嗎?如果是這樣C也需要upc嗎?謝謝你

Q22:我请人给我的listing做了优化。然后我在修改title时,因为和原来的产品名称不太一样,因此出现错误信息。我和Amazon客服交流了几个回合,花了两天时间,才改好了三个ASIN的title。接下去修改别的ASIN时,又出现同样的错误。这一次Amazon的客服要求我提供更多的信息,比如厂商的网站等,来证明产品名称和UPC相符。请问有什么方法可以解决这个问题?我还有几十个ASIN要修改。这样下去,不知道要花多少时间才改完。
