Q1: 我開始需要找代操嗎?
客人退貨,好像我們廠商也要收費用。產品的損耗要抓幾%,襪子的通路費用17%和廣告費聽說要一天50美金在燒錢。這樣的賣價堆疊起來,好像很高的樣子。代操一個月要兩萬,在加上他的抽%,和第一次產品進貨的空運費或海運。
突然覺得好難的樣子,美國亞馬遜也是個硬仗。比台灣的更競爭。
*另外東南亞的蝦皮或新家坡的蝦皮要怎麼開通呢?需要當地的手機號碼嗎?
Q2: Ellen 你好,我住在加拿大,所以從加拿大開始做電商,過去幾個禮拜我發現一個潛在的未來瓶頸就是加拿大郵政的運費超級貴,底價是9.14CAD加稅起跳,這已經比小體積產品的amazon FBA費用貴很多很多。這樣的情況下將來我覺得會很難實行妳課程中"Exit Amazon"的部分,因為要我自己包含運費的話成本比透過amazon FBA還要高,消費者無法因此得到更便宜的價格,連在amazon上作Fulfilled by seller都不划算。請問Ellen 是否有類似的經驗或解法?

Q4: 1)如果運費成本比較高,那麼是否建議還是要設定free shipping來訂價呢?我試著設定free shipping 然後把運費成本轉嫁到產品價格裡,但是這樣一來,當buyer 在搜尋產品時我的產品價格就顯得比較高,而無法在顯示名單上的前幾名。請問建議要怎樣去做比較好呢?
2)當buyer下單購買時,在ebay上能設定直接連結到郵局或運輸公司的系統,而算出正確的運費成本。seller在 Amazon 裡能設定與carrier 直接連線嗎?
Q5: Hi Ellen, I found a seller with ID: CoCocina in Amazon. This single seller sells over 8,000 SKUs in Amazon. It sells some popular product like pet supplies, electronics, sports supplies, etc. But most of them are really very niche products like motors, small parts of automotive or something you even don't know what it is by seeing its photo and name. I have several questions about this wanna ask:
1. How is it possible to manage selling this huge amount of SKUs on Amazon, How much time it needs to upload this much amount of product listing and do inventory management. What software or tools that you can suggest to utilize this process.
2. I found this sellers do shipping by themselves instead of FBA. I try to find out where is the warehouse of the products by pretending to buy and filling in shipping address. I found it takes longer than a month for products shipped to a US address, and it only take arround 15 days for a Hong Kong address. I guess its warehouse or product source maybe in China or Asia but not in US. My question is how is this seller manage shipping by selling this kind of niche product? Coz some of them may only sell few items a month, how do they do shipping for this small amount overseas? By air? But some item is only selling at $5 and $1.5 shipping fees, is it possible to have profit by air shipping? But I think they do sea shipping instead, and I guess they do have a third party warehouse or their own warehouse in US to manage those products after arrived US that origin from China. I wanna know any third party warehouse you can suggest that we can also do the same thing like CoCocina that I'm working in Hong Kong and have no man power in US?
3. I found the shipping fee for shipping to US is $1.5 and to HK is $3.99 for a same product. How do we set this shipping fee in sellercentral? And any clue that where is the warehouse is? Coz it is not logically right that shipping fee is higher for product send to HK if the product source is in China.
Q6: Hi, Ellen:
1. It is possible to ask the supplier to give us a sample of the products? If not, how do check the quality of the products??
2. If we have a very limited budget to start the business (ex: 1500CAD), and there are many products have to make a minimum order at least 50-1000. By the case, what kind of products should be chosen to sell at the beginning such as Barware? (ex: shakers, bar sets, stainless bar stir sticks, or bar tool bags and so on).
3. Do we have to file tax in own country? (Canada). Even I have studied the lessons already, I still have a question with it.
