Q2: When we request for sample, cost of deliver is more expensive than goods. How to solve it?
Q3: one more question. How to apply a "Thank you card" that direct customers into your own website? is this allowed for Amazon ?
Q4:
1. Do you suggest using Amazon FBA to fulfill orders from eBay or any other platform? Why and why not?
2. How does Amazon FBA deal with returned items? Do they automatically ship them back to your business address or do they ask you for further instructions? For me, my business address is my own condo and it’s hard to receive inbound packages. What’s your advise except buying a new house?
3. Can customers place orders when there is zero in inventory? Does your ranking get affected when the inventory hits zero or when there is a back order? Should you take down the listing while you are waiting your products to arrive at FBA?
4. Do you suggest combining private label and retail arbitrage to attract different market segments? For examples, import 2/3 of niche products from Alibaba and purchase 1/3 trendy products from local stores (to get more exposure)

我們有產品製造研發的優勢,在研發這一塊我們公司已經投入超過一千萬人民幣,產品也是都在市面上具有領先技術以及特色,但品牌OEM量雖然很大,毛利不夠研發,我們才會踏入電商這塊
但電商推廣自有品牌的花費也需要一筆龐大持續的開銷,要如何有效降低成本推廣自有品牌,我們不排除任何可能的合作方案
Q6: 我住台灣,我想賣東西到美國Amazon,在評估成本之後發現,每個產品的FBA成本約220台幣,國際貨運運到美國大約要180台幣,產品本身的成本約150台幣。我產品的成本約550台幣,但是市場行情價約700台幣,還要扣稅20%。但不用FBA,因信用評等問題,是否很難賣出商品?所以住台灣是否不推薦賣至美國呢?

Q11: I would like to further understand about the Amazon Fulfillment & Storage. Understood it is calculate item by item (piece by piece), am i right? What if some other packing could be in pack, maybe 10pcs in one package. So, how did Amazon charge for such packing? It will calculate by the weight & lb?
Q12: 我從上課到找產品到現在已經找到15~20產品
我目前定位是寵物用品類(先已貓狗為主)
但我發現台灣有很多人在賣寵物用品類
所以我利基產品可能只有三分之一剩下的都是熱銷產品
那我要先賣看看邊找利基產品
還是先找利基產品佔總共的三分之二再賣
還是換方向類別??
