30 Days Conditional Refund Policy

If you decide this isn’t working for you, contact our support team at support@ellenpro.com within 30 days of your purchase date, show us you actually did the work (and completed the 0-4 Course Worksheet- Stage 1 and Stage 2), and we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request before 11:59pm Pacific US Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary. No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

PS. If you requested the refund without the completed worksheet even if it’s within 30 days, we’ll reject the refund. The worksheet must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the Million Dollar Golden Formula training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Why? Because the point of the policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material and the niche product list
