Do I need to keep the products in stock after I found niche products?

It's your choice. 

What I'm teaching in this course are recommending you to keep products in stock because the profit margin is higher (50-300%), although risk is higher.

You can also do the dropshipping model by not keeping products in stock, but the profit margin is really low (around 5%), with minimum risk though.
